Booking information

The apartment can be booked on a weekly basis. Also bookings per day (minimum of 3 days) are possible. See below for the prices and discount.

The apartment can be booked on a weekly basis. Also bookings on day-basis (minimum of 3 days) are possible.
Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The costs for two people are per week/day:

- In high season: € 875,- / € 125,-.
- Out of season: € 700,- / € 100,-.

We offer a discount of 5% on the prices above for a stay for more than one week.
Costs for each additional person are € 17,50 per day (babies up to one year free). The maximum number of guests is six people.
Cleaning costs are included in the price.
Bed, bath, and kitchen linen are included in the price.
Tourist tax is € 2,- per person per day in low season, for the first three days of the stay, to be paid in cash on arrival. In high season, € 3,-. Children up to 12 years free.
A deposit of 25% will be made upon booking per week or the full amount on day-basis; The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the stay.
Free cancellation is possible until 3 month before arrival. In case of cancelation from 3 month up to 6 weeks before arrival cancellation costs consist of the amount of the deposit of 25%. In case of cancelation after 6 weeks, cancellation costs of the full amount will be charged.

How to book:

You can send us an email with the booking request for the desired period. You will be contacted the same day. If the property is available, the property will be reserved for you immediately and you will receive the booking contract for signature.
As soon as the booking contract signed by you has been received (by e-mail) and the deposit of € 400 (or the payment per day) has been paid, the property is booked for you.
