Booking information

• The apartment can be booked on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.
• Pets and smoking are not allowed.
• The costs for two people are per week:

            - In high season: € 875,-
            - Out of season: € 700,-.

• Costs for each additional person are € 100 per week (babies up to one year free). The maximum number of guests is six people.
• Cleaning costs are included in the price.
• Bed, bath, and kitchen linen are included in the price.
• A baby/camp bed and small swimming pool are on request and included in the price.
• Tourist tax is € 2,- per person per day in low season, for the first three days of the stay, to be paid in cash on arrival. In high season, € 3,-. Children up to 12 years free.
• A deposit of € 400 will be made upon booking; The remaining amount must be paid no later than one month before the stay.
• A security deposit of €200 will be paid cash upon arrival.
• Free cancellation is possible up to 1 month before arrival. After that, cancellation costs consisting of the full amount will be charged.

 

How to book:

• You can send us an email with the booking request for the desired period. You will be contacted the same day. If the property is available, the property will be reserved for you immediately and you will receive the booking contract for signature.
• As soon as the booking contract signed by you has been received (by e-mail) and the deposit of € 400 has been paid, the property is booked for you.
