A peaceful retreat

The holiday home is located in the middle of the beautiful Monte Subasio Regional Natural Park. This nature reserve is a Unesco World Heritage Area. In this area, a special serene peace and energy can be felt. The moments of the sunrise and sunset while enjoying the views in the valley are fantastic to experience. Even the silence of the night together with moments of the persistent call of owls offers a special experience.

You have at your disposal a spacious house with numerous amenities, a spacious garden with lawn, a large terrace and balcony which offer you all the space you need to relax in peace and enjoy beautiful views. You have a direct view of Monte Subasio, where Saint Francis had established his retreat around 1200. You can park right next to the house.
From the house you have direct access to the long-distance paths and pilgrim routes that lead you over the medieval bridge the Ponte Marchetto and over the gorge which are located on our estate. The city of Assisi can be reached by car within just fifteen minutes. Cultural history from the Etruscan era to Roman times and the Middle Ages is never far away. Umbria is centrally located and cities such as Rome, Perugia and Florence are within easy reach both by rail and by car.
